A new low carb snack

So, I've discovered a wonderful snack that really helps me scratch that "salty / crunchy" itch. It's Planters Kettle Roasted Peanuts Extra Crunchy Classic Salt.

These are wonderful. Very crunchy, very satisfying. The ingredients are: peanuts, peanut oil, and salt. A serving of these (about an ounce) has 3 net carbs. I buy these at WalMart. Here's a link to show what they look like:

Anyway, if you're looking for a salty, very crunchy treat, give these a try!

Oh girl, you know I've been jonesing for something crunchy! I'm off to the store in the next couple days and I will be looking for them.
I hit the heath food store today. I nearly feel over when she rang it up! Food just costs too much!

I will take your word for it that they taste good. I don't care about proteins, fats, carbs ---to me what is important is low sodium and how many calories per serving. To many calories a day and you will gain weight, doesn't matter if they are animal, mineral or vegetable---calories are calories---eat more than you burn the body converts them to fat and stores it.
