Our new house ...

We did our final walk-through yesterday and closed on the house today ... yay! I was surprised and so thrilled to see that the previous owners actually planted flowers for us -- is that a generous gesture, or what? They planted beautiful petunias in the front beds. Also, the azalea bushes are starting to bloom, and a rose bush on one end of the house is in full bloom. I am just totally jazzed -- the house looks so nice.

Here's a picture:

Moving is no fun at all...but when you get to move into a gorgeous house like that...then it's worth the hassle for sure!! What wonderful new digs!

Thank you, Nikki. I've been noticing - we have some parallels in our lives ... both married to great guys named Steve, both have mini-schnauzers (salt & pepper colored), and both about the same age (I have one year on you).

Anyway, thanks so much for stopping by!

Wow this is a pretty big house! I like the red bricks and the lawn looks so groomed. Very beautiful, hope you'll enjoy living in it.
